We currently ship to Luxembourg, Belgium, and France. For corporate and wholesale orders, we can arrange international shipping upon request.

International (Belgium, Germany & France): €5 flat rate
Corporate & Wholesale Orders: Shipping costs depend on order size and location—contact us for a quote.

Corporate & bulk orders: Delivery time depends on order size—estimated during consultation.

Q: What are Re-fill bottles made of?

All our bottles are made from high-quality stainless steel, ensuring durability, insulation, and safety. They are BPA-free, food-grade certified, and meet European safety standards.

Q: Are Re-fill bottles insulated?

Yes! Our bottles feature double-wall vacuum insulation, keeping drinks ice-cold and hot for hours.

Q: Are the bottles leakproof?

Yes! All our bottles and tumblers are 100% leakproof when the lid is securely closed, except if mentionned otherwise in the product description. (Note: Tumblers are only leakproof when the straw is removed.)

Q: Are your bottles dishwasher-safe?

We strongly recommend hand-washing to preserve the integrity of the insulation and engraving. Avoid soaking the bottle or scrubbing the engraving area too aggressively.

Q: Do your bottles contain harmful chemicals?

No! Our bottles are BPA-free and safe for daily use.

Unused items: Can be returned within 14 days if in original packaging.
Customized corporate orders: Non-refundable, as they are made specifically for businesses.
